Posted in Local May 22, 2023 SEYMOUR – A Seymour man was sentenced in Jackson County Circuit Court Thursday to six years in the Indiana Department of Corrections after he plead guilty to a Level 5 felony count of sexual misconduct with a minor. Two counts of child molestation were dismissed as part of the plea agreement. Tyler Fisher Circuit Court Judge Richard Poynter gave 22-year-old Tyler Fisher, 433 days of jail time credit and 19 days of good time credit. He was also ordered to serve his full sentence with no time suspended.
